Your Privacy Matters

Effective date: August 7, 2026

Alpha Dog K9 Training ("we," "us") respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Information we collect

When you contact us, through our website forms, ads, phone, text, or email, we collect the information you provide: your name, phone number, email address, town, and anything you tell us about your dog and what you're looking for help with. Our website may also collect standard analytics information such as pages visited and device type.

How we use it

We use your information to respond to your inquiry, schedule and provide training services, send appointment reminders, and follow up about services you've asked about. If you have given us consent, we may call or text you about your request, including using automated technology. Consent to receive calls or texts is not a condition of purchase.

Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us operate our business (such as scheduling, messaging, and payment tools), and only for that purpose, or when required by law.

Data retention

We keep your information for as long as needed to provide services and meet legal obligations. You may ask us to delete your information at any time.

Your choices

You can opt out of marketing emails using the unsubscribe link, opt out of texts by replying STOP, or contact us directly to update or delete your information.
